Purpose of This Policy
This policy explains the types of information collected on this website (“analaw.com”) and how that information is used. For purposes of this policy, “Ana Law” refers collectively to Ana Law LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and Ana Law PLLC, a professional limited liability company registered as a foreign entity in the District of Columbia, together with their attorneys, staff, and affiliated service providers.
Personal Information
Personal Information includes name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. We do not collect personally identifying information from visitors unless it is voluntarily provided through submission of website contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, or direct correspondence. Personal Information will be used only for the purposes for which it was provided. We do not sell or provide Personal Information to third parties.

Clients who retain Ana Law will continue to receive transactional messages related to their legal matters, regardless of marketing communication preferences.

Client documents, correspondence, and related materials may be transmitted electronically or by mail during representation. Upon conclusion of representation, client files are closed, and original documents are returned. Client files are retained for approximately five (5) years, after which they may be destroyed unless the client provides written instructions for longer retention.

Personal Information may be maintained in physical or electronic form. We use technical and administrative safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
